Start with looking at problems as opportunities to grow because that's what they really are.

Fly higher to see a bigger picture. Ask yourself, "What are we trying to achieve strategically?"

Now, look at the problem top-down. Can you see signs of entrepreneurial opportunities it brings about?

Question Your Assumptions

Creative 'Why? What If?' virtuous spiral starts with questioning assumptions. Ask yourself,

Why have we been doing it this way?

Is this the best way?

Could there be a better way?

How else could we approach this issue?

What are our assumptions?

Could we be assuming something that is incorrect?

What could we do differently and better?

What if we try an outside-the-box approach?
