Vadim Kotelnikov, founder of HUMANITY Games speaker on motivation

"Creative challenges are great boosters of creativity "under the gun", accelerated learning, and creative achievements. Handle creative challenges as a partner dance and waltz up with them innovatively towards your stretch goal."

To launch a creative challenge, start by defining the parameters of the challenge, such as:

① the duration (e.g., 10 minutes, 1 day, 30 days),

② the specific goals (e.g., inventing an outside-the-box solution, improving video-creation skills, writing stories daily), and

③ the audience (individuals or groups).

Articulate the creative challenge to your students/contestants, or promote the challenge through social media or community platforms.

Encourage participants to share their creations, progress evidences, and achievements.

It's also helpful to provide resources or prompts to inspire creativity throughout the challenge.
